Within the January 98 Newsletter $100K portfolio, we still had 1,000 shares @ $1.18 and 5,000 shares @ $2.18. On or about December 28, 1999 a buyout was announced at $12.50 for over all gain of 959% and 473%.

Note: Within our last newsletter, we recommended the purchase of APM @ .47 - very, very speculative. During the first week of 1/01 - 07/00 APM filed Chapter 11. Has not traded yet. Looks like a sell! In this market it could trade higher - you never know. We anticipate the worst.
